Privacy Policy
CreditSpa is designed as a local-first personal finance organizer. The current app has no required account, no backend service, no third-party tracking, and no required cloud sync.
Data collection
CreditSpa stores credit profile details, account information, payment reminders, debt-planning inputs, dispute notes, freeze checklist status, repair packet records, and imported document references locally on the user's device. In the current app, CreditSpa does not require an account and does not send this data to a CreditSpa backend.
Tracking and advertising
CreditSpa does not track users across apps or websites, does not include advertising identifiers, and does not sell user data.
Documents and financial records
Users may choose to import PDFs, CSV files, screenshots, statements, or credit-report documents into the app. These files are intended to remain under user control on the device unless the user manually exports or shares them outside the app.
Credit repair workflow
CreditSpa can help users organize possible report issues and prepare bureau-specific packet checklists. The app does not guarantee credit score improvement, does not provide legal advice, and does not electronically submit disputes or payment data to Experian, Equifax, or TransUnion in the current MVP.
Local AI
Optional local AI support is disabled by default in this MVP. The planned architecture is for future on-device models only, without transmitting user financial data to remote AI services.
Retention and deletion
Data remains on the user's device until the user edits it, deletes individual records, removes the app, or uses the in-app Delete All option. Because the MVP has no backend account, CreditSpa cannot recover deleted local data.
